Fundamental Cognitive Development
FCD (Ages 2-3): Intake is allowed only at the beginning of every month. This course has only ONE Level.

Play Group with MELS Phonics
PG (Ages 3-6): Intake is allowed at the beginning of every two month and it is subject to the availability of the level. There are three levels of courses in PG.

MELS Essentials – English Language for Primary School’s Children
ME (Ages 6-12): Intake is allowed in the following week. Enrollment is subject to 6 children in a class.

MELS Intermediate –English Language for Secondary School’s Children
MI (Ages 12-15): Intake is allowed in the following week. Enrollment is subject to 6 children in a class.

All the record of achievement will be reported once every two month, to the parents and their acknowledgement is important. The authentication of the certificate is recorded in our online system.

All payment must be made in advanced prior to the beginning of the course or the end of any two month’s duration. Online system will be discontinued once the payment is due in 7 days.

Yes, you can with your ID and password as far as your account is valid.

The content might be the same but the teaching approach and the learning environment will be different. MELS centre provides a 1.5 hour weekly lesson for young learners.

You will get a copy of your result and the copy will not be kept in our system after the duration of two months.

There are three ways to use our products: Use it at home (Basic/Premier), learn MELS courses from our centres or use the product in your school/learning centre.

You can download our free software to use (for home users), attend our trial lesson (if you intend to learn from our centre), or buy a set of sample before you decide (learning centre/School). No refund is allowed.

Some of MELS products require MELS points in order to be used.
During the process of using the products, points will be deducted for the right to use.
The points that are used for different products are different.

You need to purchase MELS point to buy our online program. Currently, this is the only mode of payment allowed in the system.

For learning in MELS centre, you can pay us before the due date by major credit cards, cash or bank in with your pay in slip copy.

There is no expiry date for the points purchased. Refund is not allowed once purchase.

Yes, there is. Contact us by email or phone call (only during the working hours) and we will contact you. You need to register with us before we are able to send you further information through emails.

All the payment must be made before any delivery of the products. You can arrange with our customer service personnel for the mode of payment. Some mode of payment will impose additional service charge.

No, you cannot. You can order according to the quantity that you need. Additional order will be sent to you within days. Delivery cost will be imposed for small quantity orders.
